Service Process
- Start
We begin by gathering the objectives of your video and digital designs, your communication strategy, messages, the content you want to share, and all the details from you. - Content Flow
Based on the information obtained in the initial phase, we prepare the content flow of your digital design and present it to you as a draft or storyboard for approval. All designs begin after this process is approved. - Design Alternatives
To determine the design concept, at least two design alternatives consisting of frames or seconds are prepared and presented for your approval. - Design Completion
Based on the selected design alternative, all content is prepared according to the design concept and flow, and the design is presented for your approval. - Delivery
The final design is delivered in appropriate formats, ready for use.
Service Terms
- Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and purchase costs of visual and audio materials such as photographs, illustrations, graphic designs, videos, sounds, and music are not included in this service. Unless otherwise requested, only royalty-free materials from content platforms will be purchased. You may purchase additional services for your visual and audio material needs or provide these materials yourself and share them with MarkaGraf for use in the design.
- For requests involving multiple or different languages, translation services are not included in our offers. You may purchase translation services as an additional service or provide them yourself and share the relevant translations with MarkaGraf for use in the presentation.
- Our service only includes the preparation of designs. Services related to the publishing or distribution of videos and digital designs, such as advertising, promotions, bulk email delivery, and any associated fees or taxes, are not included in our service.
