Service Process
- Start
You provide our team with the logo, brand and corporate identity information, company details, and all texts and content related to your products and services to be used on your website. - Content Preparation
All content to be used on your website is carefully reviewed by the MarkaGraf team, evaluated for user experience and SEO, and optimized. All written and visual content is submitted to you for approval in a single “Website Content Document.” - Design Alternatives
At least 2 design alternatives are prepared to match your brand identity and the approved Website Content Document. The alternatives consist of the homepage and are fully responsive. You can request up to two revisions and changes to the selected design. Once approved, the concept design of your website is finalized. - Content Integration
After the design is approved, all the content in the Website Content Document is integrated into the website, and the design of all content pages is completed in a single language. - Multilingual Integration
Once all pages of the website are approved in a single language, if multilingual functionality is requested, integration of the additional languages is completed. - Final Checks
Once the website is ready to go live, it is submitted for your final checks and approval. - Basic SEO Setup
After your website is approved for publication, the basic SEO setups are completed, and your website goes live.
Service Terms
- Unless otherwise stated, copyright and purchase costs for visual and audio materials such as photographs, illustrations, graphic designs, videos, sounds, and music are not included in this service. Unless otherwise requested, purchases are made from platforms offering royalty-free content. You may purchase additional services for your visual and audio material needs or provide these materials yourself and share them with MarkaGraf for use on your website.
- The purchase and annual fees for professional plugins used in the construction of the website, as well as the resulting tax payments, are not included in the service. If needed, these will be billed separately. To design WordPress sites tailored to your brand, we use the professional Elementor Pro plugin at MarkaGraf. The plugin is initially used under MarkaGraf’s membership until the site goes live. Once live, the Elementor Pro license is removed. However, if you wish to continue receiving updates, a separate annual membership must be purchased. If you regularly subscribe to one of MarkaGraf’s monthly “Website Management” service packages, there will be no additional charge for Elementor Pro, as its usage is included in the package.
- Translation services are not included in offers for websites with multilingual functionality. You may purchase translation services as an additional service or provide the translations yourself and share them with MarkaGraf for use on your website.
- Domain purchase fees, website hosting services, server services, email hosting services, SSL certificates, and website security services are not included in this service. If needed, we can offer consulting for these services and help ensure a smooth purchase process.
- Custom software, applications, and integrations are not included in our core services or service packages. These services will be quoted separately if required.
